The artist studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Lyon as a student of Jean-Marie Regnier. He exhibited in the Salon of Lyon, in the Salon of Paris, showing floral and fruit still lives. He moved to Paris and opened a "Cabinet de dessins". By 1900 he returned to Lyon and focused entirely on floral still lives. Euler was awarded medals at the Salon of Lyon in 1895 and 1904. Euler's still lives are represented in the museums of Clermont -Ferrand, Montpellier and Anger.
