RICHARD de PREMARE (b. 1936 in Paris, France) studied at the l’Atelier Helene Perrier, at the l’Academie Charpentier and l’Academie de la Grande Chaumiere. The artist created a unique style by combining techniques of the French Impressionists with his own. His oil paintings depict the cities of Europe - Paris and Venice as well as the countryside in France.
